This production line is designed and manufactured by adopting latest technology in the world, the line can produce PPR & PPB pipe at high speed, the pipe comply with the quality requirement of PPR pipe specified in standard ISO-DIS 15874-22-98 tested by National Chemical Test Center. This line assembled lattice or spiral mould, two section vacuum calibration units and spraying cooling bath, after changing the mould, is also can be used to produce ABS, PP composite pipes.
Advanced extrusion line is equipped with OMRON or PANASONIC PLC control systems which can realize highly automatic operation, this equipment also have automatic alert function which can make your operation more convenient.
